The course ends in an exam which must be taken in person (if studying online or self-study, the exam takes place in Manchester). It is a 1 hour, 50 question multiple-choice exam and you must score 55% or above to pass. Those who pass will get a certificate and lapel pin. Oh, by the way: we have a 100% pass rate!
Classroom times: 10am-5.30pm each week.

Criteria of eligibility for DEVELOP: must be 18 or over, eligible to work in the UK, have a National Insurance Number, and be earning less than £26k/pa
