The course ends in an exam which must be taken in person. It is a 1 hour, 50 question multiple-choice exam and you must score 55% or above to pass. Those who pass will get a certificate and lapel pin.
You will be sent the WSET Spirits 2 Study Guide, a manual and SAT tasting card. The classes also include the recommended tasting samples for you to try. There are 30 including: XO Cognac, aged rum, Mezcal, single malt Scotch & Japanese whisky.

DEVELOP offers fully funded training and skills courses, delivered by industry-leading providers for people already working, or with an ambition to work, in the drinks and hospitality industry. Criteria of eligibility for DEVELOP: must be 18 or over, eligible to work in the UK, have a National Insurance Number, and be earning less than £26k/pa
