    Actor Michael Landes faces his food heaven (Aubergine parmigiana) or food hell (Dark chocolate polenta cake). Irish Times food columnist and presenter Donal Skehan adds plenty of oil to lubricate the show. He is joined by Australian cook Donna Hay, and Tomer Amedi head chef at the Palomar restaurant in London. 

    Olly Smith picks the wines this week. Featuring a delicate Prosecco to accompany Donna's fritters, a Swartland South African Chenin Blanc to go with Tomer's deconstructed kebab and a sweet Semillon, from Australia to quaff with Donal's decadent polenta chocolate cake with salted caramel sauce.

He is joined by veteran three Michelin starred French chef Pierre Koffmann and proprietor of Lasan, Aktar Islam. Serving up adventurous, tasty treats. 

    Susie Barrie picks the wines this week. Featuring an off dry Pinot Gris from New Zealand with Aktar's Tandoori lamb cutlets, a densely flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia's famous red soils of Coonawarra wine to go with Pierre's venison and a minerally Chilean Riesling to accompany Jason's aromatic Miso-glazed cod.
